We’re proud to announce that Learn How to Source has signed a four-year framework agreement with the Logistics Program (Logistikprogrammet) in Norrköping to deliver procurement training – a meaningful step in equipping future purchasing professionals with the skills they need to succeed.
The agreement includes contributions to three customized key courses: Procurement, Strategic Procurement, and Digital Business. Learn How to Source will provide both theoretical and practical expertise through a hybrid format – combining in-person teaching in Norrköping with access to our digital course library.
The Logistics Program is a Higher Vocational Education (YH)* program that has long delivered relevant, real-world procurement knowledge to students and helped meet the regional demand for procurement competence. We’re excited to collaborate in shaping a modern and relevant learning experience.
🗓️ Course delivery begins in fall 2025 and runs for four years.
*Higher Vocational Education (Yrkeshögskolan) combines academic learning with hands-on industry experience, in close partnership with employers.
Hybrid Learning: A Natural Fit for Procurement Training
By combining the structure and social dynamics of classroom teaching with the accessibility and scalability of digital resources, hybrid learning allows procurement educators to stay agile. Instructors can easily adapt their curriculum with updated material, while students can review complex topics at their own pace through online modules.
Our collaboration with Logistikprogrammet exemplifies this model in action. Students will gain access to Learn How to Source’s curated online procurement courses, which are continually updated to reflect best practices, market trends, and innovations. Meanwhile, on-site classes will focus on applying this knowledge through case studies, discussions, and interactive exercises – all grounded in real-world procurement challenges.
How Learn How to Source Supports Course Providers
At Learn How to Source, we believe hybrid learning should empower educators, not replace them. That’s why our approach is collaborative. When a training provider integrates our digital procurement courses into their program, they also gain access to support and tools that make the transition seamless and effective.
Here’s what we offer:
- Curated Course Recommendations: We help course providers select the most relevant modules based on their curriculum, audience, and learning objectives.
- User Management & Administration: LHTS handles onboarding, user setup, progress tracking, and reporting – freeing up time for instructors to focus on teaching.
- Customized Case Development: We work with providers to create or tailor case studies and scenarios that align with the digital content and enhance on-site sessions.
This support model ensures that trainers and course owners retain control over their program while gaining a powerful set of tools to enrich it. They can spend more time in the classroom facilitating real-world case discussions, mentoring students, and applying concepts to actual procurement situations.
Enhancing Value for Students and Educators Alike
The integration of Learn How to Source’s digital content offers multiple benefits:
- For Students: Greater flexibility, personalized learning paths, and exposure to real-world procurement examples.
- For Educators: Reduced prep time, enhanced teaching materials, and more time to engage students during on-site sessions.
- For Institutions: Scalable procurement education that remains current and competitive in a changing landscape.
By supporting course owners with hybrid learning solutions, Learn How to Source contributes to a stronger, more dynamic procurement education ecosystem.
A Model for the Future
The collaboration with Logistikprogrammet is more than just a contractual agreement – it’s a vision for the future of procurement training. By blending the best of digital and traditional learning, we can ensure students graduate with both theoretical knowledge and the practical skills required by today’s employers.
And while this partnership is based in Sweden, the model is easily transferable. Whether you’re a training provider, a company offering internal learning, or an institution designing a new procurement program, hybrid learning with LHTS can help you build a robust, future-ready curriculum.
Looking Ahead
The four-year collaboration with Logistikprogrammet begins in fall 2025, but the groundwork is already being laid. We’re aligning content, co-developing case materials, and preparing support systems to ensure a smooth start.
We’re excited to support the next generation of procurement professionals – and to do so in a way that reflects the evolving needs of the field.
